Disappointed. Very surprised.
Location is very good. The normal Westin service. Very nice spa.
Breakfast was very mediocre -- even in the pandemic situation. The terrible experience was: The curtain at the window is about 2 centimeters shorter to the ground. So in the very early morning before 6AM, the sun light was in the room from the bottom (and actually also the top) of the curtain. I took pictures. The hotel staff was trying to say this was because the direction of the sunshine, and no one else in the past reported the same problem. But, the fact (and the pictures I took can prove): The curtain is just too short, it is above the floor, so the sunlight came in. This can NOT be at a Westin hotel standard. The staff tried to do something to solve it, true. But, I hate to point out: At least in that room, the curtain is NOT right.

Wonderful
The breakfast was great with varieties of Japanese and western food choices. I especially like the fresh pressed orange juice as well as the ginger and carrot juice. We checked in at 11:30 pm, we were so tired but received great welcome by a Japanese staff (a gentleman possibly in his late 60’s) who was very helpful and escorted us to our room. He politely refused our tips, saying with a big smile, “it’s not needed in Japan”. We could feel his sincerity and professionalism indeed!
